No Small Print
The more your piece is worth, the more of it you keep. Your rate is agreed with you in writing before anything is listed, and it never changes afterwards. These are our standard bands.

Because we show our working. We price against what comparable pieces have actually sold for in the last few months, not what people are asking, and we will send you those comparables so you can see them yourself. If you think we are wrong, tell us — we would rather argue about it now than have you feel short-changed later.
We will talk to you about the price, and if you would rather have it back you have it back — insured, at our cost, no charge. You are never locked in.
Yes. Your piece is covered from the moment it reaches us until it reaches its buyer, and everything ships insured and tracked in both directions.
No. Most of what we sell is shipped to us and we cover the postage. If you are on Oʻahu we will come to you, which is usually easier for a whole collection.
We check every piece ourselves, and high-value watches and handbags additionally go through eBay's Authenticity Guarantee, where independent specialists inspect them in transit. If we cannot satisfy ourselves that a piece is genuine, we will not list it — and we will tell you why.
This is some of our favourite work. We will come and look, give you a written valuation of the whole lot, and handle it piece by piece or as one. We are used to working alongside attorneys and family, at whatever pace suits.
